Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Hosting Quota Control processes when you use the WordPress plugin and Quota Control Hub. Last updated: May 25, 2026
Information we collect
When you use Hosting Quota Control and Quota Control Hub, we may collect your account email, Google profile name, user identifier, preferred language, purchased plans, license blocks, connected domains, activation tokens, site secrets, validation logs, and payment status.
The WordPress plugin may send the site URL, a temporary connection code, the license token, the site secret, and validation or unlinking requests. We do not send post content, media files, WordPress passwords, full database contents, or payment card data from the plugin.
How we use information
We use this data to create accounts, validate licenses, assign seats, show connected sites, process unlinking requests, prevent abuse, provide support, apply referrals when applicable, and maintain platform security.
Payment data is processed by external payment providers configured in the platform. Hosting Quota Control does not store full card numbers.
External services
Authentication may be handled by Google OAuth. Payments may be processed by Stripe or other enabled providers. Each provider processes information under its own policies.
The plugin communicates with Reivan Studios Quota Control Hub to activate, validate, and release licenses.
Retention and deletion
We keep records as long as needed to operate licenses, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and maintain payment history. You can unlink sites from the dashboard and request support or data deletion by writing to hostingquotacontrol@outlook.es.
