How to monitor storage across multiple WordPress sites

Checking each hosting panel manually does not scale. An agency needs to know which sites are growing, which are approaching limits, and who should act without turning monitoring into another forgotten task.

Keep domain, owner, provider, current usage, limit, and last reading date. The information should be reviewable without entering every WordPress site.
